NA Soirée Sunset

This before dinner drink pairing reminds me of the light pink hue that lingers in the sky after sunset...simple & simply delicious!

Ingredients:

• Rocks glass (or similar)

• Ice cubes

• 1 oz of Lyre's Pink London

• 1 oz of Lyre's Apertif Dry

• 1 oz Fever~Tree Elderflower Tonic H20

• Slice of lime for taste and garnish

Give it a whirl:

1. Fill a rocks glass with a few ice cubes.

2. Add 1 oz each of Lyre's Apertif Dry & Lyre's Pink London.

3. Top with 1 oz of tonic water

4. Add a squeeze of lime juice

5. Rim glass with lime and add for garnish

6. Sip and enjoy!

Tapas Tip: Crab or trout salad on crackers or cucumber discs - topped with dill.
